Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first class. Still curious? Call or text us at 843-321-8899.

How much do classes cost?

New students start with a $24 two-week trial — 4 classes plus a free uniform shirt. After that, membership is $119/month for 2 classes per week, with no long-term contracts.

What ages do you teach?

Kids 5–7, Kids 8–11, Teens 12–16, and Adults 17+ (Adult Muay Thai and Adult Fitness Kickboxing). Minimum age is generally 5, flexible to about 4.

Do I need any experience to start?

None at all. Most of our adults start with zero background, and every new kid or teen gets a private small-group intro before joining a regular class.

What is the intro class?

For kids and teens, the first trial class is a short private small-group session — a coach teaches stance, basic punches and kicks, and how class works, so they feel confident by their second class. Intro times are Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri at 3:30 and Fri at 4:10. Adults skip the intro and jump into a regular class.

What days and times are classes?

Monday through Thursday. Kids and teens train in the late afternoon; Adult Fitness Kickboxing and Adult Muay Thai are Tuesday and Thursday evenings; Friday has sparring for current 8–11 and teen students. See the full schedule →

Is it safe for my child?

We foster a very safe training environment: every student wears proper gear and we practice using control with our punches and kicks — nobody hits hard in class.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. We ask new members to commit to their first 3 months — because that's about how long it takes to feel the difference — then it's month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes — up to 3 months per year at no charge. Your spot is held with no re-enrollment fee. Just let us know before your next billing date.

What should we wear or bring?

Comfortable workout clothes and water. No gear needed for the trial — we provide everything, and your free shirt is waiting on day one.

What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is "the art of eight limbs" — punches, kicks, knees, and elbows — and the striking base of MMA. Our classes are safe and age-appropriate; for younger kids it's fundamentals, confidence, and fun.

Do you have adult classes?

Yes — Adult Muay Thai and Adult Fitness Kickboxing for ages 17+, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. No experience needed.

Do you offer discounts?

A 10% family discount, a 10% discount for first responders and military, and a $50 credit when you refer someone who signs up.

Where are you located?

304 SC-90 Unit D-2, Little River, SC 29566 — on Highway 90 in the Sports Zone Center, next to Gymnastics and More and the Dance Academy. Free parking out front. Get directions →
