Michael Reed

Instructor/Owner

My name is Michael and I have been involved in martial arts for over 20 years and I am a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and a Level 1 Instructor in Muay Thai. During that time,

I have studied numerous other martial arts including Wing Chun, JKD, Kali, Boxing, Karate, and Judo among others. I love martial arts and the impact it has made on my life

I want others to experience those positive changes as well. The lessons I’ve learned and the relationships I’ve made from being involved in martial arts will stay with me forever and enrich every other aspect of my life.
